Rice Properties

It is a type of basmati rice that has undergone a special pre-processing (parboiling) process. During this process, the rice grains are steamed along with the husks, then dried and ground. As a result of this process, rice:

  • It becomes harder, resistant to breakage, and long-lasting.
  • When cooked, it becomes long and thin; It remains grainy, it does not stick.
  • Its nutritional value increases because some of the vitamins and minerals in its bran pass into the grains

Cooking Instructions

There are many ways to cook Premium Sella Rice;

Temperature: 190°
Duration: 25 min. + 5 min rest

Soak for 30-60 minutes, add boiling water to the metal/ceramic bowl, cover tightly with foil and bake.
